Private burial will be held in Viola Cemetery. Dennison Funeral Home, Viola is assisting the family.
Rickey Lee was born July 30, 1956 in Moline, Illinois a son of Charles and Barbara Brown Bugay. He was a resident of Jack Mabley Developmental Center, Dixon.
Survivors are his brothers: Larry Bugay, Rock Island, IL, Randy Bugay, Moline, IL and David Bugay, Milan and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
