Patricia Moody

Patricia A. Moody, 71, of Seaton, died Friday, April 14, 2006, at Forest Hill Health and Rehab, East Moline. There will be no services. Cremation rites have been accorded. Dennison Funeral Home, Aledo, is handling arrangements. She was born June 29, 1934, in Chicago, the daughter of Joseph and Antoinette Marie (Patke)Miklash. She married Donald Charles Mierendorf Sr. in 1951, in Chicago. She had worked for Time Warner Magazine in Chicago for 27 years as a mainframe computer operator, retiring at age 59. Surviving are her daughter, Cathy Mierendorf, Seaton; son, Don Mierendorf, Seaton; two granddaughters, Lisa and Michelle; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a son, Kenneth; a brother; and a sister.
