Mary Comer

Mary K. Comer, 65, of Viola, died Friday, Dec. 12, 2008, at Aledo Health & Rehab Center, Aledo. There are no services. Cremation rites have been accorded. Dennison Funeral Home, Viola, is handling arrangements. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society in her name. She was born Nov. 8, 1943, in Weatherford, Texas, the daughter of Robert and Berchel Crawford Cudd. She attended Winola schools. Survivors are a daughter, Elizabeth Fairbanks, Anthony, Fla.; two grandchildren, Kyle Fairbanks and Natasha Schultke; a great-grandson, Dillon Schultke; two sisters, Laurie Stone and Jan Wilkins, both of Billings, Mont.; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Steve Comer, brothers, Jim and Tom Cudd, and sisters, Melva and Ouida.
