Lois Vandenberg Lois G. Vandenberg, 76, of Aledo died Tuesday, May 8, 2007, at Mercer County Nursing Home, Aledo. Cremation rites were accorded. Interment of ashes and graveside memorial services will be 9 a.m. Saturday, May 12, at Aledo Cemetery. Dennison Funeral Home, Aledo, is handling arrangements. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. She was born June 14, 1930, in Millersburg, the daughter of Edward and Mildred Beverlin Davison. Lois was a caregiver to the elderly in the Aledo area. Survivors (and spouses) include her two sisters, LaJune Singer, San Diego, Calif., Marilyn (Russell) Armstrong, Henderson, Nev.; three brothers, George (Zona) Davison, Marion, Iowa, Jon (Nita) Davison, Dubuque, Iowa, Joe (Judy) Davison, Morton, Ill.
