Jeremy L. Dale, 32, of Davenport, died unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, April 3, 2012.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Dennison Funeral Home, Viola. Burial will be at Farlow Grove Cemetery, Matherville. Visitation is Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be left for the family.
Jeremy was born April 24, 1979, in Aledo. He worked as a roofer for M & J Construction, Moline. Enjoying the outdoors, he liked to camp and fish. He enjoyed sports and was an avid Illini, Cubs and Bears fan. He attended Bettendorf Christian Church.
Those left to cherish him memory are his significant other, Tiffany Bowes, and daughters, Skylar Dale and Corisa Young, East Moline; mother, Patsy Sheese, Viola; sisters, Angie (Wayne) Verplaetse, Matherville, Alicia (Jason) Miller, Matherville, and Andrea (Brian) Newsom, Coyne Center; brother, J.C. Carlson, Matherville; several nieces, nephews, great-niece and great-nephews and aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; brother-in-law, Dylan Hofmann; and niece, Kiya Hassebrock.
