Hulda Rosetta Clark, age 91, of Keithsburg, Illinois died Thursday, March 16, 2006 at Community Memorial Hospital, Monmouth. Services are 3:00 PM Sunday, March 19, 2006 at First Christian Church, Keithsburg. Burial will be in Greenmound Cemetery, Keithsburg. Visitation is one hour prior to the service on Sunday. Memorials may be left for the Keithsburg Ambulance Service of Keithsburg First Christian Church. Dennison Funeral Home, Aledo is handling arrangements. Hulda was born November 22, 1914, in rural Keithsburg, to James Steevie and Lily Furn (Brown) Robbins. She married Clifford Arthur Clark, August 12, 1931 in Joy, Illinois. He preceded her in death on May 20, 1978. Hulda was a homemaker. She was a seamstress, altering and tailoring clothes and ran a quilting business. She also cooked for the Keithsburg hot lunch program. She was a member of the First Christian Church, Keithsburg, where she was a Sunday School teacher. Hulda was also a member of C.W.F. She loved gardening, cooking and crafting. She is survived by her son, James Clark, Keithsburg; granddaughter, Jean Shaw, Keithsburg and grandson, Jeff Clark, Monmouth; great grandsons, Jeremy and Joseph Shaw and Daniel and Devin Clark; sister-in-law, Mrs. Henry Swank, Aledo and a very special friend, Phyllis Beverly. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sons - Daniel and Gary, daughters - Joyce and Myrna, sisters - Violet and Imogene and a brother - Allen.
