Christine Trask

Christine A. Trask, 45, of Aledo, died Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2011, at St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria, Ill. Services are 10 a.m.Saturday, Jan. 22, at Dennison Funeral Home, Aledo. Visitation is 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 21, at the funeral home. The family asks, in lieu of flowers, memorials be left for a memorial fund established at Country Bank in Christine's name. She was born March 6, 1965, in Moline, daughter of Stewart and Sharon Lindberg Harroun. She married Nick Trask on Oct. 30, 1990, in Moline. He died Aug. 10, 1999. Chris was a cook at the Livermore, Aledo.Prior to that, she worked at IBP for several years. She was a Kansas City Chiefs fan and enjoyed NASCAR and Tony Stewart. Her greatest love was spending time with her grandkids. Survivors include her daughter,Tarynn Brown, Andalusia; stepchildren,Heather Trask, Davenport, Patches Smith, Davenport, Jeff (Shea) Trask, Moline, and Shawn (Michelle) Trask, Rock Island; grandchildren,Zinnee-Jo and Zalin Soseman; seven stepgrandchildren; parents, Stewart and Sharon Harroun, New Boston; sister, Carmen Gingerich, Aledo; brothers, James Harroun, Illinois City, Jeff Harroun, New Orleans and Rick Harroun, California. She was preceded in death by her husband; grandparents, Clyde and Nellie Lindberg; and brother-in-law, Terry Trask.
