Charlotte D. "Lottie" Fuller, 63 of New Boston, Illinois died Thursday, April 17, 2008 at Unity Hospital, Muscatine, Iowa. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at New Boston United Methodist Church. Burial will be in New Boston Cemetery. Visitation is 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. Monday, April 21, 2008 at New Boston United Methodist Church. Memorials may be left for Eliza United Methodist Church or to the family. Dennison Funeral Home, Aledo is handling arrangements. Lottie was born March 28, 1945 in Tacoma, Washington to Earl, Sr. and Lula (Ward) Brown. In 1961, she married Jackie Schell in Phoenix City, Alabama. Lottie then, in 1987, wed Bruce Fuller in Eliza, Illinois. Lottie worked at Thatcher Plastic in Muscatine for 24 years. Mrs. Fuller then worked for Unity Health Resources, Muscatine for 9 years, retiring in 2004. She was a member of the Eliza United Methodist Church and was a former member of the New Boston American Legion Auxiliary. Lottie enjoyed bowling, but her greatest love was spending time with her grandkids and great grandkids. Lottie is survived by her husband, Bruce Fuller, New Boston, IL; son and daughter-in-law, Montie and Teresa Schell, Eliza, IL; daughters and son-in-law, Glenda Lincoln, Eliza, IL and Connie and Ron Morrison, New Boston, IL; 8 grandchildren, Ryan Lincoln, Andy Sedam, Daniel Lincoln, Montie Schell, Keith Lincoln, Jason Schell, Jacob Morrison, and Cassie Morrison; 2 great grandchildren, Tony Sedam and Claire Lincoln; Mother, Lula Brown, New Boston, IL; Brothers and sister-in-law, Earl, Jr. and Jeri Brown, New Boston, IL and Michael Brown, Providence, RI and sisters and brother-in-law, Linda Perkins, New Boston, IL, Nancy and Larry Meincke, New Boston, IL and Roxann Nelson, Keithsburg.
