Barbara J. Schneckloth, 83, of rural Aledo, Illinois died Monday, February 29, 2016 at home.
Cremation has been accorded, memorial services will be held at a later date.

Barbara was born September 23, 1932 in Moline, Illinois a daughter of Carl and Dorothy Carlstrom. She married Carl Schneckloth on February 9, 1981 in Rock Island. Barb worked at Royal Neighbors of America for 41 years. She enjoyed attending art shows with her brother and also traveling with her husband.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband: Carl Schneckloth, Aledo; daughter: Debra Walker; stepchildren: Mary (Alan Snyder) Schneckloth, Viola, IL, Pamela (Tony) Redpath, Viola, IL and Carl (Laura) Schneckloth, Flora, IN; 6 grandchildren and brother: Leonard Carlstrom, Pacifica, CA.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother: Carl Carlstrom and sister: Charlotte Carlson.
