Anna M. Viager, 38, of rural Sherrard, Illinois died, along with her daughter, on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at her home.
Funeral services are 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 11, 2013, with visitation from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., at Cable Community Church. Burial will be in Cable Cemetery. Anna Marie was born August 14, 1974 in Silvis, Illinois a daughter of Paul W. and Carol G. Young Beaston. She married Wayne Allen Viager on April 19, 1999 in Rock Island. Mrs. Viager worked at the cafeteria at Sherrard High School. She spent many hours scrapbooking. People looked forward to receiving one of her handmade cards. Anna was a hard worker, from planting flowers to splitting wood. She absolutely loved animals, taking in many strays over the years. Anna was a member of the Cable Community Church where she taught Sunday School and always volunteered to help at the week long Vacation Bible School.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Wayne and their boys, Dekota Allen Viager and Allen Edward Viager, all of Sherrard; mother, Carol Beaston, Cable; father, Paul (Darlene) Beaston, Cable; brother, Jeremiah “Moey” Beaston, Matherville and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
The Viager family would like to thank everyone for their support during this difficult time and the Operating Engineers Local 150 for their generosity. Words cannot express how much we appreciate our friends, family and community.
